Discipline-Specific BIM Modeling
We develop Revit models for architecture, structure, MEP, and specialty systems, with the appropriate Level of Development (LOD 200–500) and Level of Information (LOI), based on project phase and goals.
Coordination & Clash Detection
We federate all disciplines into a single model and perform Clash Detection to proactively identify and resolve conflicts, errors, and omissions before construction.
4D & 5D BIM: Time and Cost
We link the BIM model to the construction schedule (4D) and cost estimates (5D), enabling simulation of construction sequences and early assessment of financial impacts.
6D BIM: Energy Models / Green BIM
We run performance simulations and energy analysis to assess the project’s environmental performance from the model stage, optimizing passive design and sustainability strategies.
