What makes hotel construction documents complex
The developer and the operator know the program well. The complexity lies in the interfaces that program creates between disciplines.
Brand and operator criteria
Operator standards must be translated precisely into architecture, MEP, interiors, FF&E and construction documents. A deviation found in brand review forces a return to drawings that were already coordinated.
Operations and service
Guest and service circulation, public areas and back of house respond to different requirements. They must be resolved together so operations work without crossovers or adaptations on site.
Concentration of disciplines
Typical guestrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, technical rooms and common areas bring together architecture, structure, MEP, interiors and FF&E in spaces with tight tolerances. In the typical guestroom, an error repeats in every module.
Integration
One information base for brand, operations and disciplines
Architect of Record, BIM and Sustainability work from the same model and the same criteria. The design team and the operator define the design and standards. Recurso V develops, coordinates and integrates them into the construction documents.

From the received design to construction documents
Architectural documentation of typical guestrooms, public areas and back of house, developed from the received design and brand criteria. Interfaces with engineering are resolved in the drawings.

Coordinating repetitive modules and technical zones
Architecture, structure, MEP and specialty systems in a federated model. Clashes are resolved in the typical guestroom before it is replicated, and in kitchens, technical rooms and ceilings before reaching the site.

Sustainability
Water, energy and materials performance
Water, energy and materials efficiency strategies integrated with architecture, MEP and operations, at stages when they can still be adjusted. Energy modeling and commissioning, depending on scope.
